Cafe Dian Health Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Production Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a smooth workflow. You will work closely with the production team to achieve operational excellence and contribute to the overall success of our café.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficient and effective workflow.,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.,Maintain quality standards and conduct regular quality checks.,Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.,Train and develop production team members.,Handle production-related issues and implement corrective actions.,Assist in the development and implementation of production standards and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using production management software.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
