📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance,Manage and mentor team members to ensure high productivity and job satisfaction,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and project completion,Monitor departmental budgets and ensure financial efficiency,Lead and participate in company-wide initiatives and projects,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations,Provide regular reports and updates to senior management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role,Strong knowledge of industry best practices and trends,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proven ability to manage budgets and financial resources,Experience in leading and mentoring teams,Familiarity with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
