Resto Fajar Dental Clinic is looking for a Deputy HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR Manager in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Support the HR Manager in managing employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance reviews, and attendance records.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct HR training and development programs for employees.,Support the HR Manager in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.,Assist in the planning and coordination of HR events and activities.,Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
