📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the company's vision and values
• Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
• Manage all aspects of employee relations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development
• Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and attractive packages
• Ensure compliance with all local and international labor laws and regulations
• Partner with department heads to drive organizational performance and employee engagement
• Leverage HR analytics to make data-driven decisions and improve HR processes
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience in the luxury hospitality industry
• Proven track record of successfully implementing HR strategies in a high-growth environment
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia, with experience in managing cross-cultural teams
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
• Proficiency in HR software such as Workday, BambooHR, or similar systems
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Certifications in HR management or related fields are a plus
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
