📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage the company's accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to the management team to support strategic decision-making.,Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Prepare and present financial reports to the board of directors and other stakeholders.,Build and maintain strong relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and financial reporting.,Proficiency in financial analysis and forecasting techniques.,Experience with financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Proven track record of achieving financial goals and driving financial performance.
