📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and at home.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or requests promptly and efficiently.
• Assist in coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Manage and grow relationships with key stakeholders, including local businesses, tour operators, and travel agencies.
• Develop and implement public relations strategies to enhance our brand’s reputation and visibility.
• Create and maintain a positive image of our brand through various marketing and promotional activities.
• Assist in event planning and coordination, ensuring all events run smoothly and successfully.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in hospitality and public relations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, host/hostess roles, or related fields.
• A degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools is a plus.
