As an IP Services Specialist at Private Advertiser, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including conducting thorough searches to ensure the uniqueness of our intellectual property, drafting and filing patent applications, and monitoring the status of our pending and granted patents. You will also play a key role in enforcing our intellectual property rights, responding to infringement notices, and litigating in court when necessary. This role requires a deep understanding of intellectual property laws and regulations, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct comprehensive searches to assess the uniqueness and novelty of intellectual property assets.
• Draft and file patent applications with relevant intellectual property offices.
• Monitor the status of pending and granted patents, and ensure timely renewal and maintenance.
• Enforce intellectual property rights by responding to infringement notices and taking appropriate legal action.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to internal teams on intellectual property matters.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in intellectual property law and technology.
• Collaborate with external legal and technical experts to address complex intellectual property issues.
• Prepare and present reports on intellectual property portfolio performance and trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Intellectual Property, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in intellectual property services, with a strong focus on patent prosecution.
• Proficiency in using patent search and analysis tools such as Derwent Innovation, PatBase, and Espacenet.
• Familiarity with intellectual property laws and regulations in Indonesia and other relevant jurisdictions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex intellectual property issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
