📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests upon arrival and check them into their rooms or accommodations.,Provide information about the hotel, its amenities, and local attractions.,Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.,Assist with check-out procedures, including billing and payment processing.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.,Perform general administrative tasks to support the front desk operations.,Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in office software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
