Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading and motivating the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Managing the sales pipeline and forecasting sales performance.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the cosmetic industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
