🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Business, IT, or a related discipline.,5-7 years of experience in consulting, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects.,Fluent in Japanese, both written and spoken, with a deep understanding of Japanese business culture and practices.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or PRINCE2.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
