Space Star Indonesia is a leading company in the aerospace industry, and we are looking for a talented Deputy Finance Admin to join our team in Medan. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our financial operations and ensuring the smooth flow of our financial processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and processing of financial documents and reports.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.,Support the Finance Manager in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements.,Assist in the reconciliation of bank statements and accounts payable/receivable.,Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.,Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely payment of invoices.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.,Support the Finance Manager in the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Fluency in English is a plus.
