📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Handle employee benefits and compensation, ensuring compliance with labor laws.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Support the HR Director in strategic planning and initiatives.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proven track record of managing HR functions effectively.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
