📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
  • Oversee inventory management, including stock control, ordering, and replenishment.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols and procedures.
  • Monitor warehouse performance metrics and report on operational efficiency.
  • Train and develop warehouse staff to ensure high levels of productivity and quality.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse operations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.
  • Proven track record of managing inventory and warehouse operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Ability to lead and mentor warehouse staff.
