📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company regulations and labor laws.,Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation, training, and integration into the team.,Coordinate with department heads to address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts.,Assist in the development and implementation of employee training programs and development initiatives.,Support the HR team in the administration of employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis to support decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR administration or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is a plus.
