This position is hybrid, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely, providing flexibility and work-life balance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide expert tax advice and services to clients, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
  • Conduct tax planning and analysis to identify opportunities for tax optimization.
  • Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and provide training to team members as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of tax services into overall business strategy.
  • Monitor and report on key tax metrics, providing insights to management.
  • Participate in tax audits and investigations, as needed.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification in taxation (e.g., CPA, CMA, or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax consulting or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
  • Familiarity with tax software and systems.
