New Zone Indonesia is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Procurement Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the procurement process, from identifying supplier needs to negotiating contracts. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, including supplier evaluation and selection.,Support in the preparation and negotiation of purchase orders and contracts.,Maintain and update supplier records and databases.,Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies.,Monitor and report on procurement activities and performance.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate procurement of goods and services.,Assist in the development and maintenance of procurement policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in procurement or related field.,Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Fluency in English is a plus.
