In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, sourcing candidates, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Schedule and conduct interviews, and provide feedback to candidates.,Maintain and update job postings on various platforms.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to recruitment strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or a related field (fresh graduates with strong academic background and relevant skills may also apply).,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Fluent in Indonesian and English (both written and spoken).
