📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead a team of sales assistants and cashiers.,Ensure accurate and efficient cash handling and transaction processing.,Provide excellent customer service to both walk-in and online customers.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets.,Maintain a clean and organized sales and cashier area.,Train and develop new team members to ensure high service standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Assist in inventory management and restocking.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer service roles.,Experience in cashier operations and handling transactions.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets.,Basic knowledge of inventory management.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.,Proven track record of sales achievement.,Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
