📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with treatments.,Document patient care activities accurately and maintain patient records.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the healthcare team.,Assist in the preparation and administration of medications and treatments.,Participate in staff meetings and continuous education to stay updated on best practices.,Promote a safe and comfortable environment for patients and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.,Active nursing license in Indonesia.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.,Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.,Fluency in Indonesian language is a plus.
