Fast Plus Corporindo is seeking a talented Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Jimbaran, Bali. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can help us find the best talent for our growing company.

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill various positions within the organization. You will work closely with department heads to understand their hiring needs and ensure that we attract and hire the most qualified candidates.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Conduct job analysis and prepare job descriptions and specifications.
  • Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Schedule and conduct interviews, including phone screens, in-person interviews, and video interviews.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide input on candidate qualifications.
  • Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall recruitment strategy.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Ability to travel to different locations as needed.
