Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee and manage the production processes to ensure that all products are produced according to our quality standards.Monitor and maintain production schedules and targets.Ensure that all production equipment is in good working condition and that any maintenance issues are addressed promptly.Train and mentor production team members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all products meet our quality standards.Work closely with other departments to ensure that production needs are met and that there are no bottlenecks in the production process.Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the production area.Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet production demands.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
