🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Physics, etc.).,Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing scientific programs and projects.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in relevant scientific software and tools.,Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, etc.).,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
