Senior Accountant - Financial Reporting & Audit Specialist

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP and Indonesian GAAP.
• Perform internal audits to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Provide financial analysis and reports to support management decision-making.
• Monitor and maintain financial systems and controls to ensure data integrity.
• Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including auditors and investors.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in financial regulations and accounting standards.
• Provide guidance and training to junior accountants and staff on financial procedures and controls.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial reporting and auditing, preferably in a multinational company.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and Indonesian GAAP.
• Proficiency in financial software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
