📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to drive sales growth.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the F&B industry.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
