📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and local language (Bahasa Indonesia).,Experience with HRIS and other HR software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
