📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assess and monitor patients' health status and provide appropriate care and treatment.,Develop and implement nursing care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.,Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and efficient patient care.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance professional development.,Promote a safe and compassionate environment for patients and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting.,Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Indonesia.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in English and local language (Indonesian).,Experience in managing and leading a team of nurses.,Knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and best practices.
