QUILL Lestari is looking for a dynamic and experienced Training Officer to join our team in Solo. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Identify training needs and design appropriate training solutions.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs meet business objectives.,Maintain training records and provide reports on training activities.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide guidance and support to employees during and after training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.,Strong background in designing and delivering training programs.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with training management software is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid CPNS or equivalent certification is a plus.
