📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indonesian GAAP
• Oversee the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements
• Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Provide financial support to the manufacturing operations team
• Assist in the implementation of new accounting systems and processes
• Provide training and support to junior accounting staff

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English, with good communication skills
• Experience with accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar
• Knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Certification in professional accounting (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a plus
