As an Inspector at OSI Electronics, you'll work closely with our production team to maintain our high-quality standards. Your daily tasks will include visual inspections, dimensional checks, and testing electronic components for functionality. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Perform thorough visual inspections of electronic components using AOI systems and other specialized tools
- Conduct dimensional checks and measurements using micrometers and calipers
- Test electronic components for functionality and performance
- Document inspection results and maintain detailed records
- Identify and report defects or quality issues to the production team
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Participate in process improvements and training programs
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Inspector or similar role in the electronics manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of electronic components and manufacturing processes
- Proficiency in using AOI systems, micrometers, and other inspection tools
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Ability to lift and move up to 20 kg
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends as required
