📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate with security personnel and local authorities to ensure the safety and security of our assets and guests.
• Develop and implement security protocols and procedures in collaboration with the security team.
• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential threats.
• Serve as a liaison between the security team and other departments, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
• Provide training and support to security personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies to maintain a safe and secure environment.
• Participate in emergency response drills and exercises to ensure preparedness and readiness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in security and asset protection, preferably in a military or law enforcement background.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Knowledge of security software and tools such as CCTV systems, access control, and emergency response software.
• Valid security clearance and certification in security management.
• Familiarity with local regulations and laws related to security and asset protection.
