📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the hotel.
- Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, food and beverage, and other departments to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Resolve guest complaints and ensure their satisfaction.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement.
- Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Proven experience in managing daily operations of a hotel or similar establishment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Familiarity with hotel management software such as PMS (Property Management System) and POS (Point of Sale).
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
