📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist customers with their prescriptions, ensuring accurate and timely dispensing of medications.
- Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking of pharmaceutical products.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including maintaining accurate records and reporting.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
- Collaborate with the team to improve our services and processes, using tools like Microsoft Office and Pharmacy Management Software.
- Perform other duties as assigned, to support the smooth operation of the pharmacy.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
