📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
• Use Salesforce and Zendesk to manage and track customer interactions, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
• Assist clients with their office needs, including furniture, technology, and other workplace solutions.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, ensuring all information is organized and easily accessible.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role, with a focus on sales.
