As an MCC Operator, you’ll be the backbone of our operations, monitoring and controlling production processes, inventory management, and logistics workflows. You’ll work closely with a team of engineers, analysts, and logistics experts to ensure that our manufacturing and distribution processes run smoothly, efficiently, and on time. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Monitor and control production processes using SAP and WMS systems.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock tracking with RFID technology.
- Oversee logistics workflows and coordinate with transportation management systems (TMS).
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
- Provide technical support to the manufacturing and logistics teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimizations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
- Familiarity with SAP, WMS, and TMS systems.
- Understanding of RFID technology and its applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Valid certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
