📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across digital channels.
• Support the social media team in managing and growing our social media presence.
• Create and curate engaging content for various platforms, including blogs, social media, and email newsletters.
• Conduct market research and analyze campaign performance to provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Assist in coordinating events and promotions, ensuring seamless execution from planning to follow-up.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and maintain marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital assets.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing department, including managing calendars, scheduling, and coordinating with vendors.
• Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and software, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and Hootsuite.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools, such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about marketing and digital media.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
• Previous internship or work experience in marketing is a plus.
