📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and execute projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and partners in Mandarin to understand their needs and provide updates.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, proposing solutions as needed.
  • Prepare and present project reports and updates to management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of project management strategies.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Mandarin, both written and spoken.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools is a plus.
  • Valid SIM (Indonesian ID card) and able to work onsite in Pontianak.
