📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver engaging Mandarin lessons using textbooks, multimedia resources, and interactive activities.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help students improve their language skills.
• Tailor teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with different learning styles and proficiency levels.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching programs and student outcomes.
• Utilize educational software such as Rosetta Stone, Pimsleur, and iTalki to supplement traditional teaching methods.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Mandarin language education through continuous professional development.
• Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student engagement and motivation.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new curriculum materials and teaching strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Native proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (HSK 6 or equivalent).
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field, or equivalent teaching experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in Mandarin language education.
• Experience using educational software such as Rosetta Stone, Pimsleur, and iTalki.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Passion for education and a commitment to inspiring students to achieve their language learning goals.
• Valid teaching certification or license, if required by local regulations.
