📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create a safe, engaging, and educational environment for the child through daily activities like reading, art, and play-based learning.
• Provide companionship and support to the child, helping them develop social skills and emotional well-being.
• Assist with the child's daily routines, including meals, hygiene, and bedtime.
• Monitor the child's progress and development, reporting to the family and any relevant authorities.
• Collaborate with the family to ensure the child's needs and preferences are met.

• Maintain a clean and organized living environment.
• Adhere to all relevant childcare regulations and safety guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in early childhood education or childcare.
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Certification in early childhood education (e.g., CPR, First Aid, or similar).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passionate about early childhood development and committed to fostering a child's growth and happiness.
• Willingness to live in a private home and provide round-the-clock care.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
