📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and control production processes using SAP and WMS systems.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock tracking with RFID technology.
• Oversee logistics workflows and coordinate with transportation management systems (TMS).
• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
• Provide technical support to the manufacturing and logistics teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimizations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
• Familiarity with SAP, WMS, and TMS systems.
• Understanding of RFID technology and its applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Valid certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
