📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the production floor,Lead and mentor a team of workers, providing guidance and support,Ensure that production targets are met and maintained,Develop and implement production schedules and plans,Monitor and improve production processes to increase efficiency and quality,Conduct regular inspections and audits of production areas to identify and address issues,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations,Maintain and update production records and reports

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing or logistics industry,Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and best practices,Proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles
